These terms apply every time you use this website or place an order with us. By browsing the site or buying something, you agree to them. Please read them.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean SIDEKICK. "You" means the person using the site or placing the order.

We operate from Australia and sell to customers in Australia.
Using this site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to scrape or copy it in bulk, or to attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not meant to see.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations in size or finish between batches are normal.
Products are subject to availability. Listing something on the site is not a guarantee that we hold stock of it.
We may change our range, our descriptions and our prices at any time.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies.
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a genuine error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will contact you first.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we received it, not acceptance of it. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Returns are covered by our Returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. That policy also sets out our performance promise and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the consumer guarantees described above, our liability for any claim connected with a product or with this site is limited, at our option, to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding what you paid for it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising because the site was unavailable.
Using our products safely
Our products are grooming and cleaning tools for pets. Follow the care and caution notes on each product page. Supervise your pet while grooming, stop if your pet is distressed or their skin becomes irritated, and keep blades, scissors and small parts away from children.
Nothing we publish is veterinary advice. If your pet has a skin condition, an injury, or you are unsure whether a product suits them, speak to your vet.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms.
Our content
The SIDEKICK name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
You may share links to our pages, and you may use our product photos to write an honest review.
Content you send us
If you send us a photo, video or review, you give us permission to use it on our website, in our emails and on social media, with credit where practical. You confirm it is yours to give and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed.
Tell us any time if you want it taken down and we will remove it.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.
Other websites
Our site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and of the state or territory in which we are based. You and we submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
