Cancellation policy

This policy explains how Subscribe & Save orders renew, and how to pause, skip or cancel them.

How your subscription works

  • You choose a pack (1, 2 or 3 Tubs) and pay the first order at checkout.
  • After that, the same pack is delivered and charged automatically every month, at the regular subscription price shown when you signed up, until you pause or cancel.
  • Any first order discount applies to your first order only.
  • Shipping on subscription orders to Australia and New Zealand is free.

No minimum, no cancellation fee

There is no lock in and no minimum number of deliveries. You can cancel after your first order if you want to. We never charge a fee to cancel.

How to pause, skip or cancel

  1. Log in to your account with the email you used at checkout. We send you a one time code, so there is no password to remember.
  2. Open Subscriptions.
  3. Choose your subscription, then skip the next order, pause, update your address or card, or cancel.

Prefer us to do it? Email yoursidekickmate@gmail.com from the email on your order and tell us what you want to change. We reply within 2 business days, so please write at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

Timing

Changes and cancellations made before your next billing date apply to that order. Once an order has been charged it is processed and shipped as normal. If you cancel just after a renewal and would like that order stopped, email us straight away and we will cancel it if it has not been dispatched yet.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we try again over the following days and email you so you can update your card. If it still cannot be charged, your subscription is paused until you update your payment details. Nothing is shipped until payment goes through.

Returns and refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our Returns and refunds policy, the same as any other order. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
