We are a small Australian team and we answer every email ourselves. If something is wrong with an order, or you are not sure which product suits your pet, write to us and we will help.

Email is the fastest way to get us. Everything lands in the same inbox, so you only need to write once.
When you will hear back
We answer within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern time.
We are closed on weekends and national public holidays. Messages sent then are answered on the next business day.

We trade online only. There is no shopfront to visit and no returns counter, so please email us before sending anything back.
Writing to us about an order
Include these and we can usually fix it in one reply:
- your order number, which starts with a hash and is in your confirmation email
- the name the order was placed under
- what has gone wrong, in your own words
- a photo or a short video if the item arrived damaged or does not work as it should
Where to send specific questions
All of these go to the same address. We list them so you know what to expect.
- Where is my parcel. Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us and we will chase it. See our Shipping policy.
- Returns, refunds and faults. Email us before posting anything back. See our Returns and refunds policy.
- Changing or cancelling an order. Email us as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched we can still change it.
- Which product suits my pet. Tell us the breed, the coat and the problem you are trying to solve, and we will point you at the right one.
- Privacy and your personal information. See our Privacy policy, or email us and we will handle it.
- Wholesale, media and anything else. Same address, just tell us what it is about in the subject line.
A note on advice
We are happy to talk about grooming gear, but we are not vets. If your pet has a skin condition, an injury, or you are unsure whether a product is safe for them, please speak to your vet.
